In December 2018 Hertfordshire was selected as one of  the first sites nationally to become a Trailblazer for the implementation of “Transforming children and young people’s mental health provision: a green paper”.

In order to support this new programme we are looking for a programme manager to lead on the implementation of the new service, supporting governance arrangements and operational mobilisation. The post will work across the three organisations implementing the Trailblazer in Hertfordshire and will be hosted by HPFT.

The post holders will have experience of leading and delivering programmes of change within the public sector, preferably within a multi-disciplinary environment and will have a proven track record of delivering essential and complex services and achieving SMART objectives.
