We are looking for Social Workers with experience in mental health to join our busy and dynamic Crisis Assessment and Treat Team (CATT) based in Watford, West Hertfordshire. You will need to have relevant mental health experience and skills, either in the community or in acute setting to provide safe and effective treatment. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with Psychiatrist, Community Psychiatric Nurses, OT and support workers. 

The team carries out urgent assessment of people with acute mental health problems and provide home treatment as an alternative to admission. The job is varied and challenging; it offers the opportunity to work in a range of settings, with people with a variety of mental health issues. You will be able to build on your assessment skills and offer support to service users by crisis resolution and home treatment.
