We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity for highly motivated Speech and Language Therapists (SLT) to gain experience within HPFT’s Specialist Learning Disability Services (SLDS) in both in-patient and community settings as part of a newly developed SLT Band 5 Rotation scheme.
The rotation programme offers candidates interested in the field of Learning Disabilities an exciting opportunity to work across several different settings within the initial years of their career. Postholders will spend a nine-month period within each setting before moving on to the next rotation.
This is an ideal post for a newly qualified SLT, who will receive regular clinical supervision and support and will be actively encouraged to participate in continuing professional development.
The successful candidates will work as an influential and integral member of a diverse multi-disciplinary team and will join the well-established Speech and Language Therapy service.
