We have opportunities for experienced nurses to join our well established community mental health service in Watford. If you can demonstrate passion, commitment and enthusiasm for the delivery of quality care and support for service users and carers, we want to hear from you.
We are seeking innovative nurses who can provide effective support and interventions to adults with mental health conditions who:
Work collaboratively with service users in developing recovery goals and plans
Work in partnership with social work colleagues in delivering requirements of the Care Act to support the recovery of service users and support to carers.
Work autonomously and demonstrate decision making skills to satisfy the expectations of the role.
Contribute to service development working jointly with other agencies.
Provide specific nursing interventions and contribute to multi-disciplinary clinical discussions, care planning and assessments.
Supervision of junior nursing staff and students as delegated by the Team Manager.
Contribute to assessment clinic, nurse led clinic rota's and duty worker rota.
