As part of the Clinical Audit Team, the post holder will support the delivery of the Trust’s Clinical Audit plan in line with both national and Trust priorities.

PACE is part of the practice governance function of the Trust, providing support to all staff throughout the organisation in order to create an effective and learning organisation that can deliver the best possible outcomes for all service users, staff and the public.

We are seeking a committed and highly efficient person to join our small and friendly clinical effectiveness team. Undertaking a wide range of audits and service evaluations will be the main aspect of the job so you will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of audit methods and a record of using such approaches to drive up quality.

Part of your role will be supporting safe practice and service development and underpinning clinical quality. The role expects you to work confidently with a wide range of practitioners across a large and complex organisation, supporting local teams to achieve and sustain national and local standards related to quality and risk minimisation such as CQC, Accreditation, CQUIN, NHSI and NICE.
