Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services and rated Outstanding by the CQC.

An opportunity has become available for someone to join the West Strategic Business Unit in HPFT as team Administrator/Secretary.  The SBU is responsible for the provision of adult community mental health services in West Hertfordshire and inpatient mental health and crisis services for adults across the County.  The  team administrator/secretary is a key member providing support to the Acute Pathway teams, managers and clinicians in ensuring that services meet their delivery and quality performance measures in order to continue providing outstanding mental health services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us to support the team.

You will have experience of using an NHS Electronic Patient Recording system, ideally Paris, for the purposes of data extraction.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of general office administration across the team and must be proactive, able to work on their own initiative, with experience of taking and producing minutes, typing reports and papers for meetings. The post requires proficient diary management and skills in using all Microsoft Office applications.


You will have excellent communication and analytical skills which will support us to continuously improve and develop our services.
