Values Based Screener
At Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust we are looking for people to join us who share our values and those of the NHS. Before your application can be considered please take part on our online values questionnaire, which you can find below. When you have finished you will be sent a 'completion code' by email, which will be valid for 6 months and required to submit your application form.
We currently have opportunities to join the Nursing Bank within Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) in Radlett/Stevenage as a Psychologist
All roles on the bank are for as and when workers and therefore in particular may suit those already working part-time, with other commitments, or who want to work on a short-term basis.
The PATH (Psychosis: Prevention, Assessment and Treatment in Hertfordshire) Service has been developed to provide dedicated biopsychosocial care to clients presenting with early intervention needs in psychosis. The Clinical / Counselling Psychologist or CBT Therapist will take a central role in providing modern NICE-based psychological assessments, formulations and interventions for this group of clients. Of equal importance will be the support and supervision of psychologically-informed work of other early intervention staff and there will also be a role to play in the provision of relevant training. Evaluation and outcome of the specific psychological interventions will also be central to the role. The role will support governance of all psychological and psychologically-informed interventions within the service, with support from the Senior and Lead Psychologists. On-going service-development will also be a part of the role.
