Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services and rated Outstanding by the CQC.

An opportunity has become available for someone to join the West Strategic Business Unit in HPFT as Performance Officer.  The SBU is responsible for the provision of adult community mental health services in West Hertfordshire and inpatient mental health and crisis services for adults across the County.  The Performance Officer is a key member providing support to managers and clinicians in ensuring that services meet their delivery and quality performance measures in order to continue providing outstanding mental health services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us to support and improve data quality, performance monitoring and contribute to our continuous improvement journey.   You will have experience of using an NHS Electronic Patient Recording system, ideally Paris, for the purposes of data extraction.  You will also have skills in displaying data in a way that is meaningful for managers and clinicians to support decision making and performance oversight. 

You will have excellent communication and analytical skills which will support us to continuously improve and develop our services.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of 1,034 and a maximum payment of £1,791 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
