Forest House Adolescent unit are looking for a senior secretary to join the team.

Forest House is a 16 bedded psychiatric adolescent unit, we have young people ages 13-18.

This role would involve working on the front desk, greeting young people, families and visitors. The post holder would be a vital role in ensuring the admin tasks for admissions and discharges run smoothly, minutes are being taken in meetings and day to day admin tasks completed.

We are a friendly and supportive team to work with and welcome new people into the team with a full induction.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
