We are looking for experienced clinicians, RMNs and  who wish to join this forward thinking and exciting team, who are committed to providing high value short term support to young people and their families.

This post is part of the Children’s Crisis, Assessment and Treatment Team (CCATT) provision in Hertfordshire. CCATT is a multi-disciplinary community team of senior clinicians, providing a short-term, intensive and flexible assessments and treatment packages of care for children and adolescents suffering with acute, moderate to severe and complex mental health problems living within Hertfordshire who are at risk of harm to themselves or others. Clinicians assess children and adolescents in the acute hospitals as well as in the community where appropriate.

Our clinicians provide emergency assessments for children and adolescents presenting with mental health crisis at the Emergency Departments or paediatric wards between 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am-21.00hrs at weekends.

As well as a relevant professional qualification we are looking for people who are:
* Flexible
* Knowledge of Mental Health problems that affect young people
* An ability to work with Children and Young People in challenging situations.
