This is an exciting opportunity to work in an on-going highly developing and dynamic AAU (Acute Assessment Team)
Provide a comprehensive, professional and effective administrative service, to the Acute Assessment Team. By fulfilling the role of secretary to The Acute Assessment Team based at Kingfisher Court Mental Health Hospital Radlett. This to include Attending meetings taking minutes, audio typing, daily diary management, setting up meetings, updating and setting up systems for administration, records, on-going database management and daily email management, cover reception if required the post holder will be required to work independently using their initiative, and applying a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work. .
The successful person will be able to work in a challenging and interesting environment and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. You will be computer literate and conscientious and able to deal with confidential service user issues.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
