We are seeking a highly motivated, and experienced Band 4 team administrator to provide support to the 2 team leaders At Broadland Clinic  at Little Plumstead Hospital, Norwich. 

The Broadland Clinic is a 25 bed inpatient Medium Secure Unit providing high levels of assessment and intervention to patients with intellectual and other developmental disabilities detained under the Mental Health Act with complex and enduring problems, including criminal offending. The service has a very strong track record of engaging in innovative research with academic partners.

The post holder is responsible for carrying out administrative duties for the team, including telephone queries, filing and general admin duties whilst liaising with service users & professional staff on an ongoing basis.

Duties include responsibility for inputting all data & notes i.e. registering patient details & continuous updating of patient records, generating all related correspondence.

The post holder will also maintain data spreadsheets, work closely with the Team Leaders and will attend the meetings, including Multi Disciplinary meetings, when required.
