We have exciting opportunities for experienced Community Mental Health Nurses to provide innovative and effective support and interventions with experience of working with adults with mental health conditions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm for the delivery of quality care and support for service users together with a proven ability to exercise a degree of personal autonomy and demonstrate decision making skills to satisfy the expectations of the role.
Be responsible for the clinical and operational day to day service delivery ensuring that an individualised comprehensive assessment and Care Management service is effectively delivered.
Contribute to strategic service development working collaboratively with other agencies
Other responsibilities include the clinical and operational supervision of junior nursing staff and students as delegated by the Team Manager.
Be accountable for delivering a quality services that is effective and efficient in line with the organisations objectives and performance indicators.
Car driver essential, or access to a car (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 which prevents you from driving).
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
