At Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust we are looking for people to join us who share our values and those of the NHS. The successful Outpatient Administrator/Receptionist will be someone who can demonstrate a considerable degree of initiative, flexibility, possess mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with our service users, their relatives, colleagues and visitors.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
