An exciting opportunity for the post of Occupational Therapist has become vacant within Adult Community Mental Health Services in North Hertfordshire &Stevenage.
In accordance with the systems, policies, standards and procedures that ensure the provision of high quality services within frameworks agreed by the Trust you will be responsible for the delivery of care to an allocated caseload: including input to the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Care Plans within the CPA Framework.
You will be responsible for the provision, planning, development and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services within Adult Community Mental Health Services (ACMHS). You will also liaise with other professionals including GPs and external agencies, and you will also ensure full compliance with aftercare issues such as Social Care requirements. You would also be expected to contribute to the day-to-day operation of the ACMHS.
The postholder will be required to be compliant with the Mental Health Act, Code Of Practice and other relevant legislation.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
