At Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust we are looking for people to join us who share our values and those of the NHS. We are currently seeking competent, experienced senior administrators with various skills and abilities – Team Secretaries, Medical Secretaries & Personal Assistants to join our Bank Bureau within the Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, to work on a Bank Contract
As part of our Bank, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of bookings (both short and long term) in our many sites situated within our Mental Health & Learning Disability Trust across Hertfordshire. This is a Bank only Agreement; we cannot guarantee continuous work
We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and work to high personal standards, paying attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality. Ideally you will be someone who likes to work in an environment of constant change and can readily adapt to changing work priorities with the ability to multi-task whilst at the same time remaining calm and professional with both external clients and service users.
Previous experience within Administration is essential in addition to a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
