We are seeking to appoint an Operations Team Leader for our Community Mental Health service based in Dacorum. This post is part of a new and innovative leadership approach to meeting the demands of a continually developing service, which is focused on consistently delivering great care and great outcomes to our service users and carers.
You will be part of a team providing high quality, timely and effective community mental health services in Dacorum, driving core processes both hands-on and strategically that are effective and consistently executed. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate workloads in the team will be needed and to be resilient, flexible and adaptable to embracing and managing change. This will include ensuring resources within the team are effectively organised to meet the needs of our service users and carers. An ability to motivate and coach a team to exceptional performance will be an important part of the role.
You'll be managing the day to day service operations ensuring that a high quality service is provided, and be accountable for providing accurate, timely, relevant data that supports the service in making informed and effective decisions. A high degree of computer literacy, including rapid understanding of internal information systems and capability in Excel, Word and Power Point will be needed.
You will use your interpersonal skills supported by excellent customer facing skills to work closely with clinical leadership colleagues, making sure we are driving continuous improvement in the way our service delivers core processes that are responsive to needs, maximise productivity and inspire Service User and Carer confidence.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
