An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (HWE ICS) to provide clinical leadership at system level for mental health and learning disabilities.

The post holder will have a passion for improving the lives of people with mental health difficulties and/or learning disabilities and will provide a strong clinical voice across the system, advocating for this population.   Visible and collective leadership would be a key requirement for this role, which involves working closely with partners and key stakeholders to deliver an ambitious programme of change.

Key aspects of the role will include identifying opportunities to drive integration, advocating for wider population needs, including addressing inequalities that relate to mental health and learning disabilities and sharing best practice to deliver improved outcomes for the population.
