At Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust we are looking for people to join us who share our values and those of the NHS. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team providing professional administrative support, resolving day to day problems independently, acting as a source of advice and guidance and to be the first point of contact for enquiries.
You will be a confident and clear communicator possessing excellent organisational, verbal and written skills with extensive experience in an administration role. We also require you to have detailed knowledge of administrative procedures and be able to prioritise and plan your own work efficiently. The post holder will engage with staff at all levels of seniority and therefore will need to demonstrate effective influencing and persuading behaviours to ensure that deadlines are met. We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic and competent PA with excellent PC and all round secretarial skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
They will also be the main point of contact for a wide range of staff, external stakeholders and organisations. The role will support meetings chaired by the Managing Director and it is important you are experienced in managing and coordinating the preparation of agendas and are an excellent minute taker.
You will be expected to appropriately manage confidential, complex and sensitive information, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards at all times. The role will work closely with the Senior Management Team.
The post will be based at the Strategic Business Unit base in Harlow - Latton Bush
