We are looking for an experienced mental health nurse, to join our busy and dynamic Crisis Assessment and Treatment team based in Watford.
The team undertakes urgent assessment of people with acute mental health problems and provide home treatment as an alternative to admission. The job is varied and challenging; it offers the opportunity to work in a range of settings, with people with a variety of mental health issues and to develop assessment skills. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with your colleagues to provide safe and effective treatment.
You will need to have relevant mental health experience, either in the community or in acute setting, able to assess service users with mental health problem and able to offer crisis resolution and management.
