We have a part-time opportunity for an enthusiastic Social Worker in our welcoming Adult Mental Health Service in Cheshunt.

You will provide direct support and advice to Service Users (Adults of all ages) and Carers, within the recovery framework, embracing the individual right to choice and control. You will ensure that appropriate health and social care services are commissioned as required. You will also assess, identify and evaluate Client’s needs through comprehensive assessments, reviews, care planning and CPA in conjunction with other professionals.
As a University Trust we offer excellent continuing professional development and an ASYE programme in conjunction with Hertfordshire County Council.
