Are you a qualified PWP? Do you want the opportunity to continue your professional development? Do you want to work in a flexible and creative way, delivering high quality psychological interventions through varied treatment pathways? Then come and join the team at Health in Mind where you will be part of a multi-professional, high performing, innovative and dynamic IAPT service, delivering safe and effective, patient focused therapy.
We work across a large geographical patch with urban and rural populations and we aim to significantly increase access to treatment for people with depression, anxiety and other common mental health conditions, within a Primary Care setting.
The team is supportive, friendly and we offer a comprehensive package of supervision, continued professional development and the opportunity to have variety within the PWP role. As a member of the team you will be responsible for your own caseload and manage this with the support from the Senior PWP, clinical leads and service manager. We offer flexible and agile working options and the health and wellbeing of our staff is paramount to the success of our service.
In addition to your caseload, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of innovative projects to continue to drive the quality of the service. We actively encourage PWP's to develop their own ideas to champion , as well as supporting step 3 groups which interest them. Therefore we are looking for applicants who have a passion for mental health and an enthusiasm for working in a primary care setting.
Applicants should be qualified PWP practitioners and have experience of working with people with mental health problems.
