Band 5 OT Rotation - full-time vacancies

Our comprehensive mental health rotation scheme could offer you an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge whether you are seeking your first post or considering a change in specialism.
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and committed OT to our large full time rotation scheme following internal career progression.
The rotation scheme provides the opportunity to work in a wide range of settings within HPFT’s Mental Health and Learning Disability Services including adult day treatment units, in-patients, community teams and continuing health care. The OT service uses the Model Of Human Occupation across the Trust.
Rotations are for a 6 month period to enable the development of a broad range of skills to support your career progression.
High quality supervision, Preceptorship year and KSF processes are an integral part of this well established Rotation Scheme. CPD opportunities include a monthly Band 5 CPD Meeting with tutorials and access to OT in-service training events.

Car driver essential as a majority of the posts are community based, or access to a car (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010 which prevents you from driving).
In addition to the basic salary, this post may attract a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
