At Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust we are looking for people to join us who share our values and those of the NHS. We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative Administrators to join HPFT to cover various Band 3 Administrative posts across Hertfordshire on a Bank Agreement. This is a Bank only Agreement; we cannot guarantee continuous work.

You will be part of a multi-professional workforce in most cases, serving as a first point of contact for Service Users and Visitors, as well as staff.
You will need to have a range of admin skills, including good communication, verbal and written. Be proficient in the use of IT, good interpersonal skills and highly organised. You will need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
